Trying To Figure Out If I Should Leave A Seller Bad Feedback Or Not

I’m trying to figure out if I should leave a seller on Amazon bad feedback or not. I ordered a copy of Inter Ice Age 4 by Kōbō Abe from them ( Shared Knowledge Literacy), fulfilled by Amazon. They sent some book on the Roman empire.

Seriously, it wasn’t even close. Someone had been slacking enough that they put the wrong label on a book. Then, when they fulfilled the order, they looked at just the label rather than even glance at the book.

I wouldn’t be so ticked, except for the return process I have to wait until it gets back to them and they credit me. Then I have to order from someone else. Their error and I have to go through effort and wait. For their error, particularly given this kind of sloppiness, they should have to be the one to bear the burden.

I’m really considering leaving them a bad review for that, just for me having to go through time and effort for their lack of concern for the order or their business. I don’t usually leave bad reviews if something is going to be fixed, but I’m not sure if I’ll consider a refund “fixed.”

I’m debating.
