Nightmares Now And Then

Here are some nightmares I had as a kid:

– a rhinoceros was chasing me

– the moon was crashing into my house (oddly enough, covered in dried-out helicopters, or Maple tree samaras for those not from a region that call them helicopters)

– a non-human creature living in a hole in my backyard was trying to skin me and my friends to make items of clothing for himself

Compare that to the nightmare that I just had:

– the city was going to switch out the kind of trash cans that they used, resulting a huge amount of hassle for me to put out the cans an extra time to be replaced, dealing with whether or not they gave me the correct cans, and whatever changes to the trash I’d be able to put out would result from having changed cans
